Book description

They say that one should write whenever there is a need to say something and share it with those who want to hear it.Personal experience is the most precious treasure of knowledge from which we draw conclusions for the daily struggle in the private and business fields.I tried to translate my personal observations and knowledge into written words in order to first of all understand and demystify all happenings in the business world, starting with the most important one, which is people. The company is primarily made up of people. Let’s take a closer look at the most valuable and significant success factor of a company. Let’s talk about people.Welcome to my world

A word from the Author

This book, ‘Play That Game’, is akin to a startup project. In recognizing the need to address certain challenges and issues, I embarked on this journey drawing inspiration from the very life that surrounds me.I shed the fear of failure, echoing the wisdom of Stan Lee: ‘If you want to do something, do it regardless of others’ opinions, because your belief in it and your conviction that what you create is the best is what truly matters.’Don’t worry about success, the mere fact that you will create something and that you will step out of your comfort zone is enough success in itself.I could have involved professionals in all of this. You can’t believe how easy it is to find a good designer, a proofreader these days … but I didn’t want that.I wanted to include people dear to me in this project who will provide the element that this project lacks, which is synergy and teamwork. It is always better created in a team environment. That’s why every line of the book’s text, every pattern on the cover now has a higher value because it is the result of the joint work of enthusiasts who contributed as much as they knew and were able to, giving the best of themselves. Some contributed by remaining silent, just by being present while the book was being talked about. What is even more important is that we awakened creativity and good mood in each other. That is why this book is not only mine but of all those who participated in its creation, directly or indirectly, as well as those giants from whose shoulders we look at the world. This is the book of all of us.
